How to Register

The Register Now Button

Go to the https://www.bodyufit.com website homepage and click the “register now” button on the left-hand side of the banner image.

Select Your Category

Hover over the category button on the shop page to sort through the available categories.

Select Membership

Choose the membership package of your choice and add to your cart. Proceed to checkout.

Insert your billing details and card information. Place your order.

General Questions

How do I access the gym?

Get the door access application:

  1. Upon registering you will receive an email from Brivo with subject: “Your Brivo Pass is Ready” – check junk or spam folders also.
  2. Download the Brivo Mobile Pass App
  3. Return to the email and ‘Add Pass’ to Account. It will direct you back to the app.
  4. Click ok, skip tutorial, agree and you’re all set!
  5. Android users: Ensure all permissions are enabled within the app for optimal functionality.
    iPhone users: Go to Settings, search for the Brivo Mobile Pass app, and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
  6. Create your Brivo account once the pass has been added.

To enter the gym once at the door:

1. Ensure you are close to the door / black reader on the wall.
2. ⁠Turn on Bluetooth and Location on your mobile.
3. ⁠Open the Brivo App.
4. Tap the blue and white circle in the middle of the screen to unlock the door.
Or,
5. Tap ‘All Doors’ at the bottom of the screen and tap the ‘BODY U FIT’ door icon as shown below (first icon).

How do I exit the gym?

To exit the gym:

1. Ensure you are close to the door / black reader on the wall.
2. ⁠Turn on Bluetooth and Location on your mobile.
3. ⁠Open the Brivo App.
4. Tap the blue and white circle in the middle of the screen to unlock the door.
Or,
5. Tap ‘All Doors’ at the bottom of the screen and tap the ‘BODY U FIT’ door icon as shown below (second icon).

Note: All Members must individually sign in and out of the gym at all times. 

How do I keep my gym pass active?
  1. Renew your membership on the website at least one day prior to expiry date.

Note the following:

a. Email notifications and reminders are sent in advance of your expiry date. 

b. If you allow your membership to expire, your access will be interrupted and you will need to add the new gym pass to your account once the email is received.
