Gym Rules

    • All members including day pass individuals must sign in and out of the gym at all times – No Tailgating allowed.
    • Don’t open the door to allow entry or exit to another member or non-member.
    • Use equipment properly and follow directions carefully.
    • Always place towels on equipment while in use and dispose in basket before leaving.
    • Sanitize equipment after use.
    • Return all equipment to its place.
    • Don’t drop the weights.
    • Weights from the gym room are not allowed in the studio.
    • Mats are to be placed on the floor when performing heavy deadlifts.
    • Proper fitness attire is required. – Includes clean clothing and closed-top athletic shoes. – No boots, street shoes, sandals, or bare feet.
    • Use a spotter when lifting – No exceptions
    • No food or drinks (except water).
    • No chalk is allowed.
    • Be considerate of others – No loud noises.
    • Personal Training is not allowed in the gym unless that individual is a Bodyufit trainer or on contract.
    • Report any damage to equipment immediately – DO NOT USE
    • The emergency exit should be used only for serious emergencies and must be reported immediately to bodyufit@gmail.com.
    • Turn off lights, TVs, air, speaker and cardio machines before leaving.
