MUSCLE SPLIT
This 4-day split plan consists of compound movements. It involves working two muscle groups per workout, which allows you to get a full-body workout in less time The plan includes:
- Equivalent options for home or gym equipment
- App access
- Video Demonstration for each Exercise, including commentary and text
- Nutrition Tips
- Direct support via messages when you need it
Two weekly workout video checks or photos are required.
