1-on-1 Personal Training

Working with a trainer in a one on one setting gives you the advantage of personal attention and inspiration from an experienced professional who is focused on your individual needs. You also enjoy the flexibility of making an appointment at a time that works best for you.

Cost: $50.00 an hour & $25.00 for 30 mins 

Semi Private Personal Training

Semi-Private Training is conducted with two or three clients under the guidance of the trainer at one time. This allows for lower costs per person than traditional, one on one personal training, and you can still experience lots of encouraging personal attention! To optimize this type of training, it is helpful to have both people who share similar goals

Cost: $25.00 an hour per person

Online Training

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle or maintain, we will design an online training program that is ideal and built to help you to reach your health and fitness goals and help you understand how to implement the training program.

Our Classes 

    Build, tone and improve your overall athletic performance. This class targets the legs and glutes using dumbbells and focuses on strengthening your core.

    Tone and strengthen your upper body and core. This class consists of working multiple muscle groups at the same time using dumbbells.

    Looking for an effective way to burn fat in less time, build strength, develop muscle endurance and/or be fitter? Challenge and increase your level of fitness with this High Intensity Interval Training class, intended on pushing you to your maximum capacity in a very short time period, alternating between periods of intense exercises with a break after each exercise. Demonstration of modified versions are also provided which allows you to work at your own pace.
