Before you start

Introduction

The Bodyufit Set Good Challenge (Home Version) is more than a 21 day challenge, it is an opportunity to jump start a healthy lifestyle change. Throughout my 20 plus years of fitness experience, I have included the exercises selected in this challenge into my workout routine as they have proven to be effective.

 

Now that you have this program in your possession for future reference and use, I know that you will be consistent, work hard and eat healthy in order to achieve your best results. Remember, it all begins in the mind and your ultimate success lies in your effort. Be positive, stay focused and never quit. This is a lifestyle and I believe you can transform your mind and body!

Before you begin each workout, please stretch including warm-up for about 10 minutes. Always use a Dumbbell (DB) and resistance band that is manageable and allows you to perform the exercise for the required number of reps with good form. A rep is the number of times you will perform a specific exercise and a set is the number of cycles i.e. (sets or rounds) of reps that you complete.
